1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using n8n Markets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Services

n8n Markets provides a marketplace for buying and selling n8n workflow templates, and a platform for hiring freelance n8n experts. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the quality of individual workflows or freelance services.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity will be terminated.

4. Payments & Commissions

All transactions are processed through our payment provider (Paddle). n8n Markets charges a 10% commission on all sales and contracts. Sellers and freelancers can withdraw earnings after a 7-day hold period with a $50 minimum threshold.

5. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their workflows. By listing on n8n Markets, sellers grant buyers a license to use the purchased workflow. Reselling or redistributing purchased workflows is prohibited unless the license explicitly allows it.

6. Limitation of Liability

n8n Markets is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of workflows or freelance services purchased through our platform.
